Mental Health Week

The theme for this year’s World Mental Health Day (October 10) is a simple message: “Look after your mental health, Australia.”

The COVID-19 pandemic has no doubt been a challenging time for everyone. With extended periods of isolation, loss of work and connection, and a constantly evolving situation, this pandemic has had unprecedented effects on our collective mental health. But it’s important to remember: you are not alone.

This year, we want to help you break down the barriers that hold us back from having important conversations about our mental wellbeing. We work with a range of professionals who offer practical advice and knowledge to around wellbeing.

From first-hand experiences with mental illness to expertise in psychology and mindfulness, these speakers can open up the dialogue in your workplace or community with warmth, compassion, and a touch of humour.
