Jake Gablonski is a Wiradjuri storyteller, media presenter, keynote speaker and author whose work explores belonging, identity, mental health and wellbeing.

Raised in Katherine in the Northern Territory, Jake believes stories have the power to connect, challenge perspectives and create lasting change long after they are shared.

Across broadcast, print, live events and community engagement, Jake has worked with many federal, state and territory government agencies, community organisations driving impact and media networks including MTV, Nickelodeon, Network 10 and the ABC. Jake has interviewed and had conversations with some of the biggest names and changemakers, and spoken at events ranging from community workshops to national conferences.

Jake is the author of Brave Like Bunji (Allen & Unwin, 2026), celebrating courage, connection, and identity through storytelling.

As a proud Wiradjuri man and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Jake brings an authentic perspective on connection, representation, wellbeing and what it means to create and support spaces where people can truly feel they belong.

He has been a proud ambassador for R U OK?, and on the leadership advisory group for Black Rainbow.

Whether speaking to community, education, corporate or government audiences, Jake combines warmth, humour and lived experience to share and inspire inclusive leadership, stronger connections and communities where everyone has the opportunity to truly belong.
