Digital Distraction – a present challenge

This week is mental health week, and it seems a timely moment to pause and reflect on our relationship with technology and whether it helps or hinders our ability to be present in our lives. The very technology that was designed to save us time, to feel more connected, organised and supported, is instead causing us stress and distraction, and many highly competent people are struggling to feel in control.

Digital lifestyle expert, Dr Joanne Orlando‘s new book is called: “Life Mode On: How to Feel Less Stressed, More Present and Back in Control When Using Technology”..  Read more in our October Newsletter here.
